    • Basis on Forest Presumption Only:<\/strong>\u00a0The erroneous registration by the State must be based\u00a0exclusively on the presumption of State ownership over forest lands<\/strong>\u00a0(or specific historical court rulings).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
